About the role

This role reports to the General Manager – People and Culture with a key focus on providing pro-active, quality administrative support to the Executive team. Additionally, the role will play a pivotal role in office management, and this includes working closely with the People and Culture team to coordinate office wide staff initiatives.
You will be:
- Providing a high standard of general personal assistant and administrative services to the CE and wider exec team; including event scheduling, planning and coordination, and travel related bookings.
- Acting as a first point of contact for all corporate office management related enquires and ensure office stocks are replenished as required.
- Arranging and coordinating monthly and/or strategic meetings (and other forums) including agenda development, minute taking and report preparation.
- Organising functions and ensuring their successful outcome within budget.
- Providing support and assisting in ad hoc staff communications, content review and intranet updates.
- Supporting in the administration and coordination of the company wellbeing programme, and other staff related events delivered via the People and Culture team.
- Providing back up support to the P&C team for one-off projects as required.
- Playing a key role in supporting the P&C Coordinator with all tasks associated with the recruitment and onboarding of new staff, including any administrative support as required.

About you
You have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to communicate with a wide range of people, including those at an executive level.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work tasks.
- A friendly, positive and proactive attitude and are willing to do any task, big or small.
You can:
- Work under sustained periods of pressure and maintain a cheerful decorum.
- Learn new skills quickly and have a keen eye for detail.
Ideally, you have:
- 1-2 years' experience as a PA to a team or senior Exec and/or general exposure to general business support functions
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent relationship management skills
As part of our standard pre-employment requirements, you must be able to obtain security clearance from Aviation Security Services, complete a Ministry of Justice background chec and pass a drug/alcohol test.
