Lounges

For those travellers eligible for lounge access, you can find the following lounges within the Wellington Airport terminal.

Domestic

Air New Zealand Domestic Lounge

The Air New Zealand Wellington Domestic Lounge is located in level 2 of the south-west pier (by Gates 13-17). The newly renovated lounge features Air New Zealand's signature modern lounge design with expansive views out over the runway and offers an increase of 10% more seating than before.
The Domestic Lounge is open every day, from one hour before the first flight until the last departure.

• Self-serve buffet and refreshments available with bar facilities and barista made coffee.
• Wi-Fi, business desk, photocopier, printer, USB and power points at most seats.
• Magazines and TV.
• Toilets, shower, towels and hairdryers.

Air New Zealand Regional Lounge

The Air New Zealand Wellington Regional Lounge is temporarily closed for renovation from 23rd September until mid December. Air New Zealand are making some upgrades in the lounge and look forward to welcoming members back to an improved experience.

Eligible members can access the Air New Zealand Domestic Lounge while the regional lounge is closed. 

Members travelling on a regional flight can access the Domestic Lounge by passing through Wellington Airport security in the south-west pier (by Gates 13-17). We recommend allowing extra travel time for this process as airport security can be congested during peak periods.

International

Air New Zealand International Lounge

Once you’ve completed customs and security checks, turn right past Lotte Duty Free and you'll find Air New Zealand’s International Lounge. It opens 90 minutes prior to departure.

The Air New Zealand International Lounge is open for international departures.
