Entry procedures for Premium, Covered and Uncovered Car Parks
When you drive up to the entry barrier your licence plate will be read, the system will recognise your licence plate, link it to your online booking and the barrier will open.
Should the barrier not open, you are able to contact Parking Services by using the intercom (depicted by a button with a picture of a telephone). They will manually check you in, and the barrier will open
Please do not insert your credit card or push the button for a ticket as this may result in your booking not being recognised.
Entry procedure for Long Term
If you are entering from the North, you will need to push for a ticket at the main entry barriers
Transit through the Uncovered car park and exit via the southern exits (as you are under 10 minutes the barrier will raise automatically, you can dispose of the ticket received at entry) continuing along Stewart Duff Drive, following the signs for the Long Term carpark
When you arrive at the Long Term entry, your licence plate will be read, linked to your online booking. and the barrier will open.
