Terms & Conditions
The Win a Beervana Wellington Weekend competition prize consists of:
- Return domestic flights for two: arriving in Wellington on Friday 18 August 2023 and departing Wellington on Sunday 20 August 2023
- Two (2) nights of accommodation at Novotel Wellington for two (2) Guests on Friday 18 and Saturday 19 August 2023
- A GA double pass to Beervana Saturday 19 August 2023 11am - 4pm session
- $100 Beervana festival currency

The competition is open to New Zealand residents over the age of 18.
The competition runs until Entries close 9 am Friday 4 August 2023. The prize will be drawn and winners contacted by Monday 7 August 2023.
The winner will be notified by email and/or phone.
The prize draw is entered by emailing name and contact details to competition@wellingtonairport.co.nz or commenting on our Facebook or Instagram post.
The winner is responsible for paying all additional costs associated with the prize that are not specifically included, including (where applicable) transport, spending money, insurance, additional accommodation, meals and all other incidentals.
The prize cannot be converted into cash, but the prize is transferable to another individual at the discretion of Wellington Airport.
Prize winners and their guests must be over 18 years old. Beervana is a licenced liquor event operating under strict regulations. Beervana reserve the right to refuse entry if suitable photo ID cannot be presented on request. Beervana reserve the right to remove any individuals from Beervana 2023 whose behaviour prevents other visitors from having a good time. Unacceptable behaviour includes, but isn’t limited to, intoxication, fighting and rudeness.
In the event that Beervana is cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions, no refund of prize items is applicable.
Wellington Airport, Beervana, Wellington Culinary Events Trust, and the accommodation provider nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered.
Wellington Airport collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion only. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion.
Acceptance of the prize is deemed consent for Wellington Airport and Wellington Culinary Events Trust to use the winner’s details and any photographs for promotional and media purposes without any further reference if required.
All employees working at Wellington Airport, Wellington Culinary Events Trust and their immediate family are not eligible to enter.
The Prize must be claimed by 12 noon Tuesday 8 August 2023 or Wellington Airport will conduct a re-draw for the unclaimed prize.
