Commercial Administrator

This fixed-term role reports to the Head of Transport with a key focus on supporting the Transport, Retail & Property functions within the Commercial Team by providing business & administration support and research assistance as required.

About the role

If you are looking for a 6-month fixed term maternity cover role that is varied and want to work with a diverse and high performing team, then this is the role for you.

This role reports to the Head of Transport with a key focus on supporting the Transport, Retail & Property functions within the Commercial Team by providing business & administration support and research assistance as required.

Your day to day will involve:

  • Maintaining key supplier, internal and external relationships. 
  • Providing day-to-day assistance with stakeholder/tenant management and issue resolution.
  • Providing administrative assistance with contract and leasing agreements.
  • Administering business operating and financial systems across the Commercial Team.
  • Undertaking data collection and research relating to commercial activities at the Airport.
  • Providing project support and coordination for the Commercial Team.

Ideally, you are:

  • Able to work with a variety of computer systems at an end user level, e.g. car park operating system, property management software and online booking system.
  • Proficient in the use of office based software
  • Able to prepare detailed reports

As part of our standard pre-employment requirements, you must be able to obtain security clearance from Aviation Security Services, complete a Ministry of Justice background check, be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and pass a drug/alcohol test.
