How do I get to the city? Where can I stay? What's on in Wellington this month?
At the baggage claim area you’ll find Wellington Airport's new information station with all the answers! The station links you to information about the airport, accommodation, transport, events, attractions and much more. You can print information and maps, or use the attached phones to make accommodation bookings or queries right on the spot!
We also have two new airport customer assistance phones which connect you to our Terminal Services staff for personal assistance. One phone is located at the Information station in the baggage claim area (level 0) and a second phone is located on level 1 just past the check in area. Our staff are available are answer all your questions on lost property, baggage storage, directions, parking and transport. You can also seek assistance from our Terminal Services Team members within the terminal, or our friendly Wellington Airport Ambassadors both are keen to help!
