Luggage storage
Luggage storage is located by the baggage claim area on Level 0. If you need to store your bags in the airport, call (04) 385 5124. We have a storage room suitable for any size of object, and all you require is photo ID and some money!

Lost property
Please contact (04) 385 5124 or send us an email to mail@wellingtonairport.co.nz. If items are perishable or not claimed within three weeks, the item may be discarded.
For lost valuables such as wallets & passports, customers should contact the Airport Police on (04) 494 8430. Bank or EFTPOS cards are forwarded to the appropriate bank.
