Phone and internet terminals
There are ten phone and internet kiosks located throughout the terminal for telephone calling and internet access. Access to selected visitor information websites is free and additional internet browsing time can be purchased using your credit card.
Customer assistance phones
We have two airport customer assistance phones which connect you to our Terminal Services staff for personal assistance. These are located by the escalators in the baggage claim area (level 0) and on level 1 just past the check in area.
Staff and airport ambassador assistance
Our staff and Airport Ambassadors are available to answer all your questions on anything including lost property, baggage storage, directions, parking and transport. Our Ambassadors are a group of easily approachable volunteers that can be found in the busiest areas of the terminal between the hours of 12pm and 4pm. If you are interested in becoming an Ambassador, or know anybody who might be, please contact 385 5151.
Pay phones
Public pay phones are located by the escalators on the first floor check-in area and on the ground floor or the main terminal, as well as in the South Pier, South-West Pier and the Northern Pier. Phone cards can be purchase from the book shop on the first level.
You can also make internet phone calls using your credit card on our PieNet Phone/Internet kiosks at 10 handy locations around the terminal.
Airport operations
The Airport Operations Team, led by our Airport Managers, are responsible for the day to day operation of the airport. The primary focus of the team is customer service, safety, maintenance, emergency response and traffic management. The Operations Team also staff the 24 hour Airport Operations Centre, are trained in basic first aid and are supported by our Airport Fire Service team.
